दिशा लाईव्ह न्यूज- (दिवाकर पाटील ,नांद्रा ) -:- बन्स अँड मॅकडोनाल्डने १७ जानेवारी २०२५ रोजी जळगाव जिल्ह्यातील जामनेर तालुक्यातील करमाड, नांद्रा प्रलो, नेरी बुद्रुक, गाडेगाव, चिंचखेडा या जिल्हा परिषद प्राथमिक शाळेतील विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी मुंबई कार्यालयात अभ्यास दौरा आणि सहलीचे आयोजन केले होते. या उपक्रमासाठी आयोजक कर्मचारी यांनी विद्यार्थ्यांना प्रेरणा देण्यासाठी एक संपूर्ण दिवस समर्पित केला. आणि त्यामध्ये मनापासून सहभागी झाले. हा आगळा वेगळा उपक्रम विद्यार्थ्यांबरोबरच शिक्षकांसाठीही खूप आनंददायक ठरला.

- शैक्षणिक कार्यक्रमाची विशेषता-

बन्स अँड मॅकडोनाल्डच्या टीमने विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी जो शैक्षणिक कार्यक्रम तयार केला, तो खरोखरच संस्मरणीय आणि अतिशय प्रेरणादायी होता. या कार्यक्रमातून विद्यार्थ्यांनी शिस्त, स्वच्छता, वेळेचे नियोजन आणि कार्यामध्ये प्रामाणिकपणा या मूलभूत मूल्यांचा आस्वाद घेतला, जे व्यक्तिगत आणि व्यावसायिक यशासाठी अत्यंत महत्त्वाचे आहेत. शिक्षणविषयक व्हिडिओ आणि गोष्टींच्या सत्रांनी विद्यार्थ्यांचे लक्ष वेधले आणि त्यांना ज्ञान, प्रेरणा आणि नवी दिशा दिली. शिक्षणाच्या माध्यमातून प्रतिष्ठित पदे मिळवता येतात, याचे उदाहरण पाहून मुले खूप प्रेरित झाले.

- पहिल्यांदाच अनुभवलेली महत्त्वाची गोष्ट.-

या सहलीत अनेक विद्यार्थ्यांना प्रथमच अनुभवता आलेल्या गोष्टी होत्या. ट्रेनमधून प्रवास, लिफ्टचा वापर, आणि बोटीची सफर या गोष्टी त्यांच्यासाठी नव्या आणि रोमांचक होत्या. काही विद्यार्थ्यांची परिस्थिती अशी आहे की ₹५०० रुपये खर्च असलेला स्थानिक शैक्षणिक दौरा देखील परवडणारा नाही, त्यामुळे हा अनुभव त्यांच्यासाठी अधिक खास ठरला.

कंपनीने विद्यार्थ्यांना दिलेल्या भेटवस्तू आणि साहित्यामुळे त्यांच्या चेहऱ्यावर आनंद ओसांडून वाहत होता.

ग्रामीण भागातील प्रतिभावंत असलेल्या प्रांजली माळीने सादर केलेल्या पोवाड्याने सर्वांना मंत्रमुग्ध केले. आणि कार्यक्रमाची शोभा आणखी वाढवली. विद्यार्थ्यांनी सुंदर नृत्य सादर केले, तर शिक्षकांनी त्यांच्या विचारांवर प्रकाश टाकला, ज्यामुळे कार्यक्रम अधिक खास आणि संस्मरणीय झाला. विद्यार्थ्यांच्या उत्साहाने संपूर्ण कार्यक्रमाला जिवंतपणा प्राप्त झाला आणि या अनुभवांची आठवण कायमची राहिली.

-विश्वास आणि सामाजिक सहभागाचे प्रदर्शन-

या उपक्रमामुळे बन्स अँड मॅकडोनाल्डने जळगाव जिल्ह्यात निर्माण केलेला विश्वास आणि सकारात्मकतेचा वारसा याचीही पुनःस्मृती झाली. केतन सर यांच्या सातत्यपूर्ण प्रयत्नांमुळे तसेच सारा मॅडम, महेंद्र सर आणि मेकॅनिकल पॉवर टीमच्या स्वेच्छेने दिलेल्या योगदानामुळे पालकांनी आपल्या मुलांना हा महत्त्वाचा अनुभव घेण्यासाठी दूरचा प्रवास करण्यास सहमती दर्शवली.

बन्स अँड मॅकडोनाल्डच्या CSR टीम, केतन सर, वरिष्ठ व्यवस्थापन, स्वयंसेवक, प्रशासनिक टीम, IT टीम, कर्मचारी, आणि विशेषतः हाऊसकिपिंग टीमच्या कार्याची खरोखरच प्रशंसा करावी, अशी आहे. विद्यार्थ्यांच्या सुरक्षिततेसाठी, आरामासाठी आणि अनुभवपूर्ण शिक्षणासाठी केलेल्या त्यांच्या मेहनतीचे कौतुक करावे तितके कमीच.

Students’ Visit to Burns & McDonnell Office - 17 January 2025

Disha live News -:-. Burns & McDonnell organized a study tour and excursion to its Mumbai office for students from various Zilla Parishad Primary Schools in Jamner Taluka, Jalgaon District. The organizing staff dedicated an entire day to inspiring these students and wholeheartedly participated in their joy. This thoughtful initiative brought immense happiness not only to the students but also to all the teachers who accompanied them.

The educational program crafted by the Burns & McDonnell team for the students was truly remarkable and unforgettable. Through this program, the students and teachers learned essential values such as discipline, cleanliness, time management, and honesty in work—cornerstones for both personal and professional success. Educational videos and storytelling sessions captivated the students, providing them with knowledge, motivation, and inspiration. Witnessing how education can unlock prestigious opportunities deeply moved and encouraged them.

First-Time Experiences for Many

For many students, this trip was filled with first-time experiences. Traveling by train, using lifts, experiencing and enjoying a boat ride were entirely new and thrilling adventures. It was heartwarming to see them embrace these experiences with excitement and joy, as some come from backgrounds where even a local educational trip costing ₹500 is unmanageable.

The thoughtful gifts and materials provided by the company added a special touch, further increasing the students’ happiness. Pranjali Mali, a talented student from a rural background, delivered a captivating performance of the powada, mesmerizing everyone and enhancing the charm of the event. The students also presented a beautiful dance, while the teachers shared their thoughts, adding a special and memorable touch to the program. The students’ enthusiasm and joy were evident throughout the event, leaving lasting impressions and cherished memories for all participants.

This event highlighted the trust and goodwill that Burns & McDonnell has built in the community over the past 3–4 years, thanks to the consistent efforts of Ketan Sir and the voluntary participation of Sarah Ma’am, Mahendra Sir, and the Mechanical Power Team. Their unwavering commitment and positive impact in the region reassured parents and encouraged them to allow their children to travel a long distance for this extraordinary experience.

I deeply appreciate the efforts of the Burns & McDonnell CSR team, Ketan Sir, senior management, volunteers, administrative team, IT team, employees, and especially the housekeeping staff for their meticulous planning and attention to detail. Their dedication to ensuring the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of the students was truly commendable.
